Meet Kristina
Kristina Picciotti is a business exit planning advisor and the founder of Blue Frog Strategy Group. She is a former CEO/CFO who grew Global Electronic Recycling from a small operation to 150 employees, serving Fortune 100 clients and U.S. military contracts, before successfully selling the company in a private equity transaction in 2024. She is a certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor, and is a John Maxwell Team Certified Leadership and Public Speaking Coach. Her course, Exit Ready: How to Sell Your Business, teaches small business owners the step-by-step process to prepare for and execute a business sale.
With more than 20 years of experience across IT, retail, restaurants, and industrial recycling, Kristina specializes in helping owners understand valuation, prepare for due diligence, and negotiate transactions with a strong, informed position.
In 2017, she successfully negotiated the sale of a major military contract for Global Electronic Recycling — an achievement that positioned one owner to retire and allowed the other to continue operating the business with long-term stability.
In 2020, during the height of the global pandemic, Kristina purchased the company herself. Despite unprecedented economic volatility and without receiving a single dollar of government COVID relief funding, she grew the company faster and more efficiently than ever before — increasing revenues by more than 200% and improving profit margins from 10% to 25% through disciplined financial systems, operational restructuring, and strategic decision-making. She later sold the company in a private equity transaction that she personally negotiated, performed all due diligence on, and successfully closed in 60 days.
Today, through her Exit Ready course and private advisory work, Kristina teaches sellers how transactions actually work — covering valuation, deal structure, due diligence, LOI strategy, and final contract risk — so they can approach the sale process with leverage instead of uncertainty.
